It’s now November, which means it’s officially American Diabetes Month®! This month we’ll be focusing the nation’s attention on the issues surrounding diabetes and the many people impacted by the disease.
This year’s theme is A Day in the Life of Diabetes. We need you to help us show what A Day in the Life of Diabetes is really like.
Since Oct. 1, we have been inviting people to share a personal image representing what A Day in the Life of Diabetes means to them via our Facebook page. The images have been of people, places and things—and they are all powerful representations of what it takes to live an ordinary day with diabetes. Together the photos are building a mosaic that shows the true picture of this disease. (Mobile users can visit http://www.diabetesmosaic.org.)
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to add your own chapter to the story by uploading a photo. (And by the way, you can add up to seven images!)
For every photo/image uploaded, CVS/pharmacy® will donate $1 to the Association, up to $25,000. CVS/pharmacy is a proud sponsor of the A Day in the Life of Diabetes campaign.

What does A Day in the Life of Diabetes mean to you? If you have already participated, what do you think about the mosaic? What has been your favorite image that you’ve seen?
